EU SHIPPING CHARGES

Local EU VAT rates are included in the price for orders with a total value less than or equal to €150.

For orders with a total value of more than €150 (excluding shipping and VAT), VAT rates for the destination country will be included. The order will also be subjected to import duties, which will be charged at checkout and paid directly to the destination country's customs for you.

Latvia, Belgium, Croatia, Greece and Denmark apply Excise Duties to roasted coffee, and some countries might perform spot checks that may result in inspection and/or handling fees. As these costs are out of our control, they can not be included in your checkout and will need to be paid by you upon import.

Orders to Germany are sent via a duties paid service therefore extra import fees should not apply. If you are asked to pay extra fees, please get in touch and we will investigate this.

SHIPPING TIMES

International orders shipped via Royal Mail and can arrive anytime between 3 working days and 2 weeks depending on the destination. From the 1st of January 2021, we expect to see longer delivery times than normal for all EU countries. We suggest you purchase tracked shipping on all international orders as we’re unable to track parcels outside of the UK. 

International orders with DHL Express expedited shipping arrives between 3-6 working days dependent on the location.
