The perfect Valentine's Day coffee, this mini-blend was made just for us from 3 nano-blends: 1 from Yoloxochitlán and 2 from Eloxochitlán, giving us precisely 3 extra delicious bags to share with you this year. A significant milestone for us in our ongoing sourcing strategy, this lot was FULLY pre-financed almost a year in advance thanks to the orchestration and collaboration of our sourcing partners, Red Beetle Coffee Lab (parchment buyer) and Raw Material (importer). Due to the tiny size of farms across the Mazateca mountain range, a huge part of the success of this project is due to the QC work and blend construction by Red Beetle Coffee Lab. Bursting with taste notes of mandarin, hazelnut and a smooth honey texture, this filter would make Valentine's Day extra sweet.
