A classic offering in our Colombian lineup, Quebradón from Hulia is back once again! Representing 130 coffee-growing families, with this year's lot combining the work of 5 of its contributing members, it’s produced in the municipality of Palestina, an area outside of the Eastern mountain range of Colombia. Many of these coffee producers come from families flowing with tradition and heritage. An outstanding location for agriculture, producers from regions such as Caquetá, Nariño, Cauca and Tolima have chosen Palestina as a producing paradise, with some farmers originating from indigenous communities arriving in the 1930s and 1940s in search of better opportunities! A melting pot of diversity and profound respect for the environment, there's a mixture of knowledge from traditional farmers and cultures, encouraging the production of amazing coffee.
